Ahh. God’s chicken. We’re not short on Chick-fil-As in Georgia. After all, Georgia is home to Chick-fil-A. Dwarf Grill (later renamed the Dwarf House) was first opened on May 23, 1946.

Interesting Georgia Fact: After much success with the Dwarf House, the first-ever Chick-fil-A opened in 1967 in Atlanta. The “A” at the end of “Chick-fil-A” isn’t just a play on the word “fillet.” It also means Grade A.
